Minimum of 2 years dispatcher experience in the transportation industry

• Geographic knowledge of the Greater Toronto Area and East Coast of USA is essential
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast paced environment

• Strong communication skills to deal with customers’ needs or complaints
• Basic computer use and dispatch software knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and planning of call-in deliveries and pickups.
• Assisting drivers with driving directions of the pick-ups and drop-offs
• Handling any problems related to the schedules that occur during the day
